just went by to take a look at the river. the snoqualmie was over the banks but have gone down a little. the tolt hill bridge is open and the street is passable again by the boat launch, but the launch itself is under 3 feet of water. water is dark brown as could be expected. I didn't even get out of the car, too dangerous
