went out on the sky again with my friend Jordan and his neighbor who took us out in his drift boat, right away the owner of the drift boat nailed a nice buck coho which we were guessing around 10 pounds, but since it was a native we released it and continued fishing. We tried pulling plugs which is what we caught the coho on, then we tried floating eggs on a slip float and drifting corky and eggs, but none of that worked so all we ended up catching was that coho. no steelhead this time but its still a little early so I'm hoping for the best.

he could have kept the coho because there is no restrictions on native coho or hatchery
