Went to the Nisqually at the handicap hole December 11 and 12 between 9:00 and 1:00 on the 11th and 1:00 and 5:00 on the 12th. Water was like watery chocolate milk and it was FREEZING out! My guess with the wind chill was in the high 20's and low 30's. I pulled in the buck on the 11th using chartreuse with orange dots and orange yarn. The hen was caught on the 12th using rocket red corky and and orange yarn. I saw plenty of fish being pulled out both days with about 20 to 30 people each day. Glow-balling seemed pretty popular for those fishing the night of the 12th cause when I left when I couldn't see where I was casting there must have been 20 people still out there with a few fires going to keep warm. You gotta be crazy about fishing to do it in the dead of night and 20 degrees out! I'd like to hear how they did.
