Wow. Went out there for 5 days expecting bass. First one was on the second day, 28th, and was a small bass. Caught four yellow perch after that. Next day, caught 5 perch, one was 8 1/5 inches. Next day, went to a beach and fished in chest deep water, caught a pumpkinseed, a perch, and what LOOKED like a small walleye. Last day I caught 6 perch and a very nice sized crappie. Used the same exact indivisual worm for every fish caught. I fished on the shelves about 35 feet from the shore, where I could look down and see where the weeds just began to break up. Trolling along there with a kayak is where I caught most of my fish.
