Crap on the Skoke. Seriously. We saw a few large kings, but overall it was really crappy. Waaaayyyyy too many gilnets out and that really didn't leave much for the rest of us. Might be better for you guys.... not so much for us.

I think that the chum is my favorite on that river, ther is no people and about ten times as many fish.

I wouldnt really know, we didnt catch anything, from about 4 am to 8 pm

I agree with procaster. The chum fishing is usually excellent there. Also, the nets are never out then.

It's not PC but are the Indians fishing buy the rules. The nets are killing off the sport fishing in the Quilicine, Chico Creek and the Skokomish that I know of. I understand they have special rules but they way they are setting their nets looks wrong.
