When down to the douglas bar, we were a little late got therr at 7 am wow we actually got a spot. Anyway started by plunking a pink dick knight. and My buddy Jerm cast a sandshrimp spin glow, within about 10 mins jerm was tearing them up he got 3 in about an hour. i still had nothing, a few fish were getting caught up the bank. So then another slow spot I changed to a 50-50 dick knight. then out of nowhere a nice school came through everyone was getting fish, I got 4 fish in 6 mins, i just Bill danced them in released and recasted and before i could even put my rod in the rod holder i had another one on,. it was amazing.. Final fish count for me was 10 to shore lost prolly 10 more. Jerm got like 13 14 lost about 8 or 10. it was pretty nice. 90% caught within the hour before high tide.

Whats with the idiots in the boats, Stupid people in sleds. we saw 2 people crash into the bank on the other side trying to be slick. and then trying to get his motor started after he blasted a huge log, he ran his boat into a log jam and almost rolled it. and then some idiot came by in real close and broke a bunch of people off tore some ladys rod into the river and almost tore my buddys out there too.
