Headed down to the Carbon/Puyallup River(not sure which one, the 116th hole) after work. Arrived at around 6:30pm. Wasn't catching much of anything for awhile. People around me were getting a few. The guy next to me hooked a pig of a silver, but lost it as he was trying to unhook it.

I lost my setup 3 times. Was starting to get pissed, when tommytitan08 calls and asks how the fishing is going. He recommended I use a smaller weight, so I did. After that I managed to hook into a nice buck pink. Release him back, then caught a snag and lost my gear.

Maybe even a smaller weight? Not sure. But the fish were swirling everywhere, and were jumping. Even saw a HUGE fish jump, probably a big silver or king.

Left at sunset.

Better luck next time for me eh? Tightlines.
