10/20/2009 2:57:00 PMi dont know why my pictures havnt been showing up lately, but anyway. just follow hwy 2 east just past sultan and startup till you see the sign that says salmon hatchery. if your going east you will take a left onto a road. and a block down the street is the hatchery. park by the entrance and follow the little road around the back of the hatchery to the river. this week should be great fishing right there.

10/20/2009 9:45:00 PMjust about any kind of jig, or a single small corky on 2-3 ft of leader, just about any color, but green seems to be the best.

10/21/2009 10:08:00 AMIt's complicated. They have kind of a removable barrier that's used to raise river level behind it, so that the pumps can run. Once the river is naturally high they remove it. If the barrier is on place, you can't fish 400 feet up or down the barrier. Once the barrier is off, you can fish anywhere.
