Caught 6 Coho. Fowl hooked 3 of those. Spent about 90 min fishing with spoons in various spots below the hatchery. Tons of fish, most dark like the pic shows. Didn't keep any all C&R. Had a good time fishing, no one around and as you can see fishing in the snow!!! Season ends for the Coho on the Icicle this sunday. All fish put up a good fight!

Hey good report. I hit the Icicle last year, at the wrong time. Tried a blue blue fox and hooked a nice rainbow, but saw no salmon. The hatchery pool was full of brite kings though at that time. Its a nice piece of water to fish if you can access it. Had a tough time finding access.

Just wondering... what's the stringer to the right for?

What are stringers generally used for? I caught a fish, Put it on a stringer, Took a pic, Released the fish... Kinda a stupid question when you could keep 3 Coho, then decide to let it go cause you don't want to bother keeping the fish...

Sellis, looks like fun. I may have to get my daughter out over there next season if it isn't crowded (she's real young but got her first coho this year).
Looks like October/Nov timeframe? Are there toher seasons to catch salmon without much trouble over there (keep my young one interested without getting bored)?

I remember a bridge crossing below the hatchery but forgot the name of the road. Was just trying to remember how far 500 feet would be below the hatchery so's to not have to worry at all. Is it posted? Thanx for the reports.
Have fun out there and keep away from the attack raccoons! They're vicious sometimes.
