I had about an hour and a half lunch today, headed straight to Kennedy Creek. Not very many anglers willing to brave the wind and rain, but more room for me. The water was really muddy and moving a bit faster compared to over the weekend. I seen several barely alive Chums milling around here and there. I was using a small chartreuse corky and tuft of yarn with 1/4 oz bass casting weight. The wind made it very difficult to cast and detect any kind of fish. Luckily for me, the only bite I felt was when the wind died down. The fish wasn't too big, maybe 7 to 8 pounds, but it still had some nice silver color to her. There were about 10 anglers spread around the area and I did see 2 guys with fly rods bank 2. Pretty tough day of fishing. When I drove by the Mud Bay hole, there were more people fishing there than at Kennedy.
