Water is high its fast the fishing is not ideal. But that's still ok means not so many people on the river. Started off walking to the mouth of bc. Talk about a waste of time. Water is way too high to fish there. So back we went to above boatlaunch. Fished there a few hours and nothing at all. Went to the flats and fished but still nothing. 4am hit so off to the barrier. I slept till about 5 and then seen a few fish jump. Started hiting a seam that looked good. Nothing biting at all though. Around 7 I felt that little special something. Set the hook and it was on. A few jumps came and man did it look pretty all chrome. Didn't want this one comming off at all. She wasn't real big but man she fought. Took me around 5 min to land her. Shed take off stripping line everytime I thought I had her. Finally it ended with a bonk on the head. About 10 mins later. I felt the usual, set, fish on. This fish hit hard. But something is wrong. This fish hit like a freight train but feels way small. 20 sec later I'm looking at a cutt around 14" released unharmed. I start casting away. 5 min later wham, fish on. Man another trout I said. This time a rainbow around 10". Fished till around 10 and left. I rate this day a 4. Cause for the weather and conditions that we seen I did pretty damn good. I'm having some overheating issues with mylaptop so this is posted with my phone. Ill post a pic later.
