7/5/2010 8:24:00 AMDog fish- I have checked the game regs very thoroughly as well as the emergency rules. Last time I checked you can catch as many as you want but you can keep no trout and retain two hatchery steelhead on the south fork of the stilly. I caught one trout and retained zero. It is selective gear rules above the falls, and that is exactly how we fished it.
