I grabbed my bass tackle and headed out on a sunny afternoon. I fished the south end of the lake where all the lilly pads are (or used to be). I saw lots of fish on the fish finder,and figuring they'd be here sunning themselfs in shallow water so I might as well try it. I tossed everthing from spinnerbaits to plasic jerkbaits,nothing. Well,all in all,the water could still be a little cold for them (even though the water temp was 57 degrees). And i've also concluded that not every fish on the finder is a bass,my guess is that they were panfish.Thats why next time I go i'm bringing the panfish gear.
