8/9/2010 9:50:00 AMHere we go again. Now I can't be certain, but I have a feeling that on the back of your Panther Martin with a white rooster tail is a treble hook. That section, above Upriver Dam, which I'm also assuming seeing as how there's no Downriver Dam, is Catch-and-Release only with single barbless hooks. Please review the rules and regulations for the body of water that you plan to fish. There are numerous signs posted on specially regulated bodies of water like the Spokane River as well. If you have changed out the hooks on your spinner, I will apologize in advance. But don't feel bad, I passed three fine young gentlemen with 7 foot long fish spears walking out of that area the other day...

8/9/2010 1:21:00 PMyes sir changed out those treble hooks with a single barbless hook! took a little bit to figure out how to do so but got it done and have not lost a hook yet lol knock on wood and we did release the fish , no hard feelings here!
