My friend, my son and I went to the Carbon. We started about 6:30am. Walked up to the hole that i thought would have some fish in it and as we got closer i notice that there were about a dozen fishermen fishing the hole as we came closer. It was foggy so from the trail it was hard to see agianst the fog. So I had my son and my friend start fishing next to the last guy on the line while I worked my way up the line to get to the best spot. As I start to walk up, my son said fish on, so i kept on walking because he doesn't like me to help him land his fish. He thinks it's bad luck. Anyways, he says to me,"go ahead and walk up" so i did. Got to where I wanted to fish and on my third cast, fish on and hooking fish went on for at least an hour and half. I hooked about 12 but could not land any of the fish due to line rubbing on rocks or logs, which is no big deal. There is always next time, so by the time we're done, my son has a 13lb king and my friend hooked on two kings and a silver. Not a bad day for a few hours.
