THE FIFTH AND FINAL RIVER OF MY TWO DAY ADVENTURE. I WENT TO THE SKOOK UP BY THE DAM OFF JOHNSON CREEK WITH MY WIFE. IT WAS HER FIRST TIME FISHING AND AFTER KIND OF A LET DOWN AT THE TOUTLE I KNEW I COULD GET HER DIALED IN ON A NICE BOOT! HAHAHAHA! THE RIVER HAD ZERO SILVERS WHICH AGAIN, WHAT THE SHIT? BUT LOTS OF FUN BOOTY KINGS. SHE DIALED INTO KING AFTER KING, ONE WEIGHING IN AT AN EASY 25 LBS. SHE LOVED IT AND GOT TO REALLY SEE WHAT IT FEELS LIKE WITH A BIG FISH ON THE END OF A LINE. THE BEST IS WHEN SHE SAID HOW HARD IT WAS TO FIGHT THEM AND I TOLD HER THIS WAS EASY DUE TO THE FISH BEING AT THE END OF THERE JOURNEY. I EXPLAINED OF EPIC DAYS ON THE SKOK, AND HER EYES GOT AS BIG AS PIZZAS HAHAHA! ANYWAYS, THIS IS MY FIRST TIME REPORTING ON THIS SIGHT OR ANY OTHER SIGHT. I HAVE SEEN SOME GREAT INFO ON HERE AND NOW CHECK IT DAILY. I HOPE THESE FIVE REPORTS COME IN AS USEFULL AS SOME OF THE REPORTS I HAVE GOTTEN HERE.

WELL BELIEVE ME I ONLY COVERED SO MUCH WATER DO TO LACK OF FISH. THE ORIGINAL PLAN WAS TO GO TO ONE RIVER, HUNKER DOWN, AND SLAY FISH ALL DAY LONG HAHAHAHA! INSTEAD I GOT TO USE A TANK OF GAS EXPLORING A BUNCH OF RIVERS, IN THE END IT WORKED OUT PRETTY GOOD.

Getting out to see the water for yourself is definitely worthwhile especially if it is outside major traffic areas!

ya up by the hatch, and man the new fish ladder they put in is sick. it looks really nice, kinda makes me wonder how they got the money in these trying economic times hahahahaha, but what ever more fish and im happy. if you go up that high you will be guaranteed fish but you will be guaranteed not to get anything you can take home. it looks like a red wing catalog up there but still fun, especially if you got some one new who has never really got to hook into any fish.
