For your comfort, it features: enclosed cabin; cabin heat; private/inside marine toilet; games and VCR for children; hot and cold running water available seasonally; stove; and a full line of safety gear. Families and couples are welcomed and encouraged to book our service. The boat accommodates a maximum of six. Large parties are accommodated. Today was a very memorable day for me on the Cowlitz! A day of fishing unlike any other. We started fishing early morning with a few fish between 5 guys. The bite slowed down come daylight, and i finally get a light pull on my rod. I set the hook and feel as if i am hung up on a rock. This was no rock, i turned the fish out of the back chute, and after a 30 minute battle with many runs back to the slow pool, i get my fish close in. This was no king, when i see the slap of a sharklike tail i knew i had something much bigger. Finally, after around 30 minutes, with dead arms, i land my first STURGEON!!! I had a blast battling this prehistoric monster with my loomis baitcaster and a 15 lb mainline. What a great time!!!
