Fished under 522 bridge all the way up to the wallace hatchery with no coho. 20 bankers under 522 and 10 boats n no fish that I saw, although I saw a few rolling. Went up to the prison and and saw some bright coho rolling but again no fish on the bank. Went to the mouth of the wallace and it was dead!, water in the wallace was very low and clear. Fished below the hatchery at the wallace and saw some huggin the far bank but they were very scared dut to all the low water and idiots. Had some stupid flyfisherman stomp up right next to me and statred thrashing the water trying to snag a fish, he hooked one in the back and of course spooked all the fish out of the hole! and to top it off he kept it, should have reported him. I fished for over 12 hours and caught 2 cutts, no coho, these fish have some serious lockjaw. Anyone know how to get them to bite on this river?

Sounds like a mad house and no doubt people feeling desperate. Long trip and good to hear you hooked into fish. Just to much pressure for the fish. Got to find places without that element and we would probably have better catching rates. More rain would be a Great help! Fish should be pushing here in a week or two. Hopefully!
