6/13/2011 10:24:00 AMThink of it as educating them. Some people just really have no idea they are fishing illegally (They don't bother to check the rules, or don't understand them). You can make it lseem ike you are just trying to help them by saying "Hey, I don't know if you know or not, but bait is illegal. I saw the game warden bust a guy yesterday for using bait". So, all your doing is just trying to pass along some info to keep them from getting a ticket. They will probably thank you, and may even feel uncomfortable about continuing fishing with bait. If not, at least you tried.
