Got to the Skok a just in time for the morning egg bite. First cast hooked and lost a nice king after it took me under a log. After crossing over to another spot, I fished next to a fellow egg drifter who was hammering them. A lot of Jacks caught with a few bigger adults sprinkled in. He limited out before I could make a cast. What was interesting was, one of his fish he hooked and landed, was the fish I previously broke off with my eggs still down its throat. After he took off I had the whole hole to myself. Again, first cast equated to another hookup. Landed a bright jack which I decided to keep. I then preceded to catch and release numerous more jacks and a few colored up fish. Around 10AM the bite seemed to be dying off, so I decided just to keep the next legal fish I land and call it a day.

Yeah, I was fishing above all the nets and the logjam towards HWY 101. Lots of willing biters, but got to sort through some wild fish since this is the section they spawn in.
