man caught some good 16 inch cutts today but the mani kicker was the humpys are starting to move in they were jumping all around us today in the lowell area of the river this is a very good sign of things to come

but can someone please help me on this the guy at hook line and sinker said the snohomish opens for humpys on the 16th is this true
