Started fishing at 6:30am on the snohomish across from the mill. Slow start but things heated up..four Chrome hens in 2 hours. I come over a couple times a week from cashmere. Thanks to everyone for sharing your river with an out of towner! Can any of you give some advice on what to use to try hooking up some coho..again thanks for sharing!!

I talked to mike from teds sports center in lynnwood and he said a blue fox spinner #4 and chartruse body of the sinner and the same color for the small hootchie that goes in the hook! This same setup will work in any tidal water parts of a river. Such as snohomsh, stillaguamish pretty much and costal rivers!

I got one Coho in the cooler and one more to the side of the boat with a green and white Needlefish luse last Saturday in the Snohomish.

Wow, glad to hear you found success. I fished it last Saturday and although they were still everywhere we only managed two and they were much further along in their spawning cycle than just a week prior when three of us on my boat harvested 9 in about 4 hours. It's interesting to hear there are still chrome pink salmon around. We saw hundreds jumping on Saturday and they all looked like the two we caught.
