After sacrificing a window to the fish gods, I was hoping for fish in return. That was not the case. I was afraid to park at my preferred spot so I went to 115th st. I saw one guy catch an almost chrome hen chum. After fishing there for about an hour I went up to the Carbon and fish by treament plant which that left me fishless also. I found some pretty good color combo jig skirts on line, but I wanted to do a test run before I bought them. I thought I would still put on some kind of "tail" along with the skirt but once you slide it on it is hard to work around the rubber legs. I tied on some pink marabou because I only had a green skirt handy and wanted a contrast for dirty water. I tied the skirt on just like feathers. They looky fish to me.
