So I went to the Wallace River, looking for some metal heads. Got to the river around 11, and seen a few fishmen coming out. They told me good luck, and stated they had not seen anything caught. I figured, I would try and see what happens. I went to a hole, that I had caught fish in before. Floated sand shrimp, and then it hit me my bobber went down and I seen the fish jump I knew it was mine. I had him on for a couple of minutues as i followed him down steam and then he came off. The guy a little bit more down was nice and even offered to net him for me. He also suggestioned that I switch to size 1, hook instead of 2. The rest of the day I managed to land a few fire trucks. The coho are still in, I seen a few big boy chums jumping but they werent interested in me. Seen nobody else hook up a metal head either. Still a great day on the river, beats working. I will try next week, lots of hard work for these metal heads..
