Launched at 9 mile and motored upstream about a mile. Made one drift and I caught a 16 inch rainbow that fought really good. I thought I had a big pikeminnow on but was pleasantly suprised it was a trout. The fish hit my lure so hard that it was hard to get out of its mouth, so I kept him to throw in a brine. Made the same drift again and didn't catch anything but fish were rising everywhere around us. It was still really nice to catch something.
