2/4/2012 1:21:00 PMYou may already know about the regs on the Spokane you may not. What you are describing would only be legal from upriver dam to monroe or maple street. All parts of river upstream of upriver dam to Idaho border selective gear only so no go on powerbait or gulp. Same goes for downstream of maple bridge. Not ragging on you just letting you know if you didn't already.

2/23/2012 2:43:00 PMThe method described in the report is legal from the SR 25 Bridge to the upstream boundary of the Plese Flats Day Use Area in Riverside State Park. Not ragging on anyone either but there is more to the Kan than just the section that runs through the metro area.
