Decided to get out of the house today and I did not feel like getting the boat out, so I headed down to Coulon Park for some shore fishing. I fished from noon untill about 2:15. I had a bite and a hookset right off the bat but I was not able to land a descent size bucketmouth. I did not bring a net or anything just a package of senkos and my bass pro shops pole. After that it was pretty quiet and I only got maybe 2-3 hits the rest of the time out there. Fish are there, I think with a little more time and patience netting a few would not be out of the question. I was using watermelon/lemon laminate Senko in 4 inch, off the docks behind Ivars. However, I did manage to take some time out to snap a few photos of the wildlife.
