Tried the Puyallup again today, just below the army of combat fishermen; pretty ridiculous considering it was just after sunrise, oh well. Caught something small but before I realized it was a fish and could bring it in it was off the hook. Had one good hit but because of boredom I wasn't paying attention. Saw quite a few silvers jumping which is the first time I have seen this all year. Saw a couple guys below me and in the shoulder ranks land silvers. Moved up to 5th ST Bridge at about 10am. Foul hooked a nice silver in the tail and luckily after it went flying in the air, my hook came free. Would hate to have to let the first fish go because it was fouled. Going to try again tomorrow morning and Monday morning. May only stay until 9am or so. Seems to be fish in the river but they just aren't hitting what I am offering.
