Fished the early morning high slack to mid-low tide. Lots of jumpers early, and a few willing fish. Hooked a nice hen 10 minutes into fishing, which inhaled my hook down to its gut. A half hour later, hooked into a 12 3/4" Jack Coho, which had been nibbling my bait the last few drifts. Bonked him as he too, was gut hooked. After that, the action slowed a bit. Brielfy had a couple more on, and missed a few too many float downs on long drifts. Just had too much line out, to properly set the hook. Landed my last fish around mid low tide. Turned out to be a dark Chinook jack, which I released. Left a little while after, as I only brought a couple skeins of eggs.
