I still don't understand why you would wanna eat one, but they are sure fun to Catch N Release. Perhaps one of my favorite trips is Chum in the Upper Green River gorge. Get the raft all loaded and camp over night in there, just hammering those dirty dogs. Plug after plug they don't disappoint.
