So had the day off today and decided to give the old skokomish a shot since its been a while since I was out there. Started off at purdy cutoff road all way down to the 106 bridge .. Hook 2 chums not worth keeping . Man what happen to the coho's . Did not see any Rollin.. Ran into a couple of other fishermans and they told me its not looking good this yr.. Lost lots of gears. Tried everything and no results but 2 ugly dogs caught with red beads!! (regular beads lol!!$) Around 3:00 Indians came thru with there nets all up and down the river , after seeing that I decided to give up and take the 1hr drive back home. Guys don't waste your time out here unless u wanna donate lots of gears. Lol !! All in all it was fun. Had a chance to test out my new legend elite paired with a revo premier generation 3.. Maybe 2 more weeks the dogs should be in full force.

chum is not open for retention this year on the skok....i'd check the regs for the year your fishing in ;(
