Well this and the green will maybe be my last reports for a while due to me going to school. So I heard from a friend that the chums were showing in the skok so i had to go and give it a try and i was not disappointed. We got to our spot at sunrise and surprisingly there was no one else there and i thought more people would show up later but no one ever showed and we had two big holes to our selves. We threw bobbers and jigs tipped with prawns and we slayed the chum. It took us about 15 min to find the right depth but once we did it was constant bobber downs all day. I would say we hooked over 60 fish between 2 guys. we even got 2 bonus silvers that were chrome as can be. No pics this time cause it was raining all day. So if you want to have some fun with chums the skok is the place to be. If you do go bundle up good and get a good rain coat if it rains. One last thing too, Chums do bite in rivers even booted up ones. You don't need some super secret egg cure or anything, just a bobber, jig, and shrimp like the ones you would buy at the store to eat. Raw or cooked shrimp both work. So go get'em and leave the black yarn/10ft leader at home. Way more fun when you actually get fish to bite and they are easier to fight and its not just like pulling a log in.
