My buddies and i arrived at silver at 6am and headed to the dock to start our
adventure. no sooner then I therw my line in, bam, I hooked into what I thought
was a monster of a fish, turned out to be a 12 inch rainbow. boy what a fight.
the bite was pretty good for a couple of hours. between four of us we had 12 fish
by 8am we fished untill 3pm and only caught 3 more fish, one of witch was in the 3lb
range. talked to a few trollers when they came in. they said fishing was great, most fish 12-18 inches trolling with wolly buggers and rooster tails. the color green is the ticket off the dock, we all tried worms, and other powerbait combos nothing worked but the green. if you like meeting nice people this is a good place to do so.
