hit the slough after work to see what was going on, the river was about the same, except more pikeminnow and less cutts. i caught 2 pikeminnows after getting into with some other people about the regs on the river. special gear rules catch and release. they were throwing worms and a bobber and keeping everything they caught. which was about 10 between them. i told them i would call the cops if i see them again doing this. but the weather was perfect and i still manages a few covering the water behind them.
