My brother and I floated the Sultan to Monroe stretch twice with no action. We used eggs and shrimp, side-drifting and under a float, and hit a few sections of river with spinners. We talked to a few others and sounded like it was a tough day all around.
After my brother headed home, I moved up to Startup and fished some of the holes up there till dark.
