Another short trip due to other commitments. Hit the river at langus around 4.30, headed up to the slough but nothing was moving so we headed up river for a bit, no signs of anything so we headed back downstream and between the boat ramp and dagmars we saw a few fish break the surface.
The trick was see fish, cast ahead of fish, hook fish boat fish, none for me but my fishing buddy got two in quick order. then it was time to head in again.
Saturday I get to spend the day fishing.
