8/24/2013 9:21:00 PMI was fishin above the Spokane bridge in my boat and the warden was there write tickets for fishing early. I guess it doesn't open until 9/1. The regs down there confuse me.

My friend a couple years back bought that crap and wouldn't pony up for a decent reel , that equals alot of disappointment for him , and just confusion for me. Might try the 112 th hole when the tide is going out , just saying.
