8/25/2013 7:08:00 PMI would disagree with the "one place is as good as another"...they hold in certain areas. They will swim fast through certain parts, and slow down in others. If there is tons of pressure in one area, they will bolt through there, then slow down when the river gets wider and slower, and less pressure. Also, contour of the river effects how they run, etc.
There are little tricks to the spots...I've talked to some good guys out on the river who have been kind enough to teach me some inside tips.
