Could you share some tips regarding how far down river you went from the exit 116 bridge (I'm assuming you started there)? Any insight you can provide would be much appreciated!

8/30/2013 9:57:00 AMI went quite a ways down the river and you need a range permit to be on the military side of the river. Probably about 2 miles or more toward the mouth. You dont need to go that far to catch fish I just go that far to fish in peace. Good luck.

9/1/2013 2:15:00 PMHow can you tell which is the military side of the river...are there any signs posted? I'd love to try this river out but I don't want to be shoulder to shoulder with the circus. I don't mind hiking out a ways. Also where is the best place to park?

9/1/2013 3:54:00 PMIf you look on a map it is clear which side is the military side of the river. I guess it would be the east side of the river. There is no "best" place to park unless you are military or have your range permit to park on the military side.
