Plans fell through at the last minute, so me and some friends hit up the river. It was slow for me early on in the day, but as the day wore on, it got progressively better. Weeded through numerous bright pinks, in search of some silvers. Lost a nice coho and a jack, a couple hours into fishing. Shortly there after, I finally managed to bring in a decent sized ho. Went fishing for that last limit fish, and it took a while to get. My friends had limited out, and wanted to take off. Told them I'd leave after I hooked one more. One more took a dozen casts, but it was well worth the wait. Hooked into a very nice silver, that put up a pretty good fight. Those around, thought it was a king, as it flashed a light olive/yellow color during the fight. After a few runs down stream, I was finally able to have my friend net it, where upon closer inspection we determined it to be a big hooked nosed coho. Didn't get a weight on it, but if I had to guess, I'd put it at right around 10lbs.
