Decided to head out to the snoqualmie at tokul. My first time there. I'm pretty much an amateur when it comes to fishing. I was using blue focus spinners. Silver and brass. Caught a few smaller fish and one good size trout. Possibly a cutthroat. Decided to move down to the mouth of the raging river. Only had enough time for a few casts and landed a 15" rainbow. I want to learn how to steelhead. Any advice or input would be great. Also I'm on a tight budget so not looking to spend a fortune! Thanks for looking.
