okay this trip is not worth making but for the sake of our fellow anglers willing to head out for a tough fishing moment i will try, Fishing is still tough lots of people still hopeful for a rain to have our favorite hole filled up with fish again, people still hopeful that a group of fish still holding out in salt (I AM TOO), but for a while all I have seen was all reds, firetucks, blush and spooked fish on each holes I bump into while I was hitting it Thursday morning. Started at Lewis st. bridge in monroe fish are jumping and making their regular splashes and tease, hook up one blush but it popped off due to poor knot tying by me (lesson learned) fished the area for bout 3 hrs then decided to make an adventuring journey from sky and ended up in wallace, stopping, walking, hiking the river looking for fish, bumping to fellow washington lake and meet up members along the way with no fish(me and them). tough fishing, used everything like everyone else who in search of a playful fish, from dick nite to my cured eggs nadda, called it quits when I used up half of my eggs.hope this report will make anglers rethink when they hit the river its a THOUGH FISHING out there right now don't expect for a quick trip and limits out, its gonna take a real fisherman attitude if your planning on heading out.but who knows each day is different right?

I found the same thing 3 days in a row on the upper Snohomish. However, very few fish rolling on surface.

Yep. Salmon fishing sucks. I'm thinking about taking the boat to Lake Cassidy for some crappie and bass action!
