Don't bother today guys, the river is out with strong currents and muddy water with about 1' of visibility.

I might, clear up late today, should be great fishing tomorrow.

Today was the day my calendar was clear, mother nature was NOT good to me today.

Was on the river by 8AM after chatting with Sunny for a few minutes.

whatchu talkin about!! the plunkin at the hatchery pipe was prime fishing. lol had to do it for a little bit just to say i had done it once.

but i did stop at al borlin park and wow, in a month the big gravel bar/peninsula between the river and creek was pretty much gone. under a few to many inches of water. there was a whole new big channel along the bank proper and the mouth of the creek was super swollen.

I hit the Wallace too on the 8th trying to get to a hole a customer told me about. Stepped out into the river and almost went swimming with the fish. Very strong flow and terrible vis.

Shot over to the snoqualmie and ran into my wa lakes Beaver Lake buddy Dustin and we watched my same customer (who we ran into) hook some great big hens. He passed 2 off to me, not as fun as getting them myself, but they sure did smoke fantastic and the eggs are great since I'm out of my pink stash. We tried his crazy technique out wih a small yarn ball and all we did is donate yarn to the snags on the bottom.
