Man can you say excellent fishing. There was a combat zone and found zero was the Whatcom Creek wall. At any given time there were 50 people;e on that wall. Every minute there was someone catching a fish. Tons of chum in there and seal's chasing them thru the water. Caught this nice 22 lb buck. First chum ever. Heard from some that smoking chum isn't half bad and others said they wouldn't feed to their dogs. Well I tried it and the chum actually turned out ok.
