Man the fish just didnt want to stop biting. The wall was full, the rain started to come and the flood gates opened wide. Must have caught 20 - 30 fish. Started off with 15 lb test and after loosing all my gear from the fish being too strong I had to leave to get some stronger test and more hooks. Showed back up ready to rock and started slaying them. Ended up with 5 magnificent cums. 2 bucks and 3 hens. All stocked up on eggs and making candy and jerky out of the catch.....tight line everyone.
*editor note, reporter was fishing with friends, report is for the group. Mike

Nice fish... The wall definitely is a crazy area :) Be mindful though, you can retain 6 fish, but only two of which can be adults. Judging by your report it looks like this was all in one day and only you fishing?

A sentence from the report reads: "Ended with 5 magnificent cums. 2 bucks and 3 hens". Damn fine day no matter how interpreted! Surprised that made it through the pre-screaning process.

How do those chums smoke up? Have a good candy recipe to share. I have searched the web recently, with no recipe's sounding good.

JP how do you define an adult fish? is it a matter of length? like 12-20/24 is a jack and above is considered an adult?

I thought the limit was 2 adult chums.

It's 6 with 2 of them being adults. Read above y'all before making comments. Good God, didn't know this site was so full of haters scrutinizing everything! Tight Lines....

There are no "jack" chums, so any returning chum in freshwater will be an adult salmon.

Dang, sorry for the can of worms opened up here! Hepker - Jacks are only coho and king. King is 12-24 and coho 12-20. So, technically for chums there really are no "jacks" as stated by Ghillie. You can see it on page 8 of the rule handbook. Anyways, nice catch they are looking bright :)
