I hit the river at 8:00am this morning. The river was low and clear. I set up my fly pole and tied on a black and white fly and start flicking my fly across the river by some logs. I flicked my fly out there 6 times before I got a hit. Fish on by 8:15am. I could see there where 2 other fish in the hole. I was still fighting to get mine over the log. While I was fighting with my fish the other 2 go up river really fast. 3 minutes go by and I finally get my fish over the log and pull her up on the bank. 7 1/2lb hen that put up a good fight. I filled out my card and walked the river some more. Nothing at all. I walked the river fishing log jams and other holes till 11:00am. Didn't see anything else so I called it a day. A good day
