1/22/2014 1:49:00 PMHi trouttrakr I grow up fishing and eating whitefish most fishermen smoke them but I don't have a smoker so I fillies like a perch and fried them up.

1/22/2014 6:25:00 PMRock awsome! You know I grew up on Long Lake fish where you were at and caught everything but Whitefish. Even caught a big Walleye there once. I want to try that sometime. O and God Bless you also.

1/23/2014 5:03:00 PMThanks Rocky! I'll try it next time I catch them. I've actually caught them on the upper Green River while fishing for trout. Always threw them back not sure if they are good. Thanks again.

1/23/2014 7:09:00 PMNice to see a report from a different area thanks for the pict's and the report. Many ways to eat these fish. smok'm / steam'm / fry'm!! they are good most ways but if you catch a lot! Smok'n keeps them a long time.

1/23/2014 7:19:00 PMRocky I am going to have to. I was in seattle-portland the last 3 days and wa hopeing to try there some where but buisness was better then I expected, no time. Working in Lewiston tomorrow so I am staying there for the weekend and will fish the Clearwater or the Grand Ronde. I am trying to tale advantage of my job. We will have to get together soon.
