Cat fishing has really taken off in the past week or so. Warmer weather and increasing water temps are all helping. Consistent catches of Cats between 3-6 lbs with the largest this past weekend coming in over 11 lbs. Fishing off the bottom with cut bait, worms or chicken liver produced results for multiple groups of folks. So far bank anglers have been taking a back seat to boaters but bank fishing should improve as summer closes in. Fishing should just keep getting better as water temps keep warming up
The KOA @ Lyons Ferry marina sits on the banks of the mighty Snake River. Awesome fishing and the scenery cant be beat!
