OK, it gets a 2 star just for keeping within the formalities.
Since I discovered a beautiful clear/clean river 40 min. from, I'd give it a 4 star.

Hit the Cedar for the 1st time this AM. Only one other father/son pair.
I fished very fast and only for an hour or so. Lots of nice water. Through some black Woolly Buggers/bead head, and olive Woolly with a dropper of some sort. Released 1 12" bow from the Olive Woolly, while under a float.
Only bummer was it turns into a zoo of family swim time by 10:00.
