Hoped yesterday's success could be repeated. Hit the river at o'dark thirty with a friend throwing bait. Slow start to the day with nothing going on. After an hour and a half we finally saw a little action, but it was short lived. About three hours in I finally hook and land a healthy hen. Another hour goes by and my buddy hooks a good sized buck. I finished out the day an hour later with another hen and that's when things died off. Six hours of fishing and three fish. Not great, but at least we saw some action.
